Warranty Exclusions
Major exclusions on all warranties include damage caused by:
Freezing of water in the spa
Vandalism, abuse or gross negligence, including damage from poor water chemistry.
Heavy loads on the standard cover such as snow, pets, people or other heavy objects.
Inappropriate electrical connections.
Positioning the spa on an unsuitable surface
Moving the spa
Attempted repairs by unauthorised people
