Warranty for accessories for all spas (eg. steps, cover lifters etc) - 1 year
Major exclusions on all warranties include damage caused by:
- Freezing of water in the spa
- Vandalism, abuse or gross negligence, including damage from poor water chemistry.
- Heavy loads on the standard cover such as snow, pets, people or other heavy objects.
- Inappropriate electrical connections.
- Positioning the spa on an unsuitable surface
- Moving the spa
- Attempted repairs by unauthorised people
