To order a spa the client completes an order form and returns it to Med & Mountain with 50% deposit.  (This deposit is non refundable after 7 days).

 

Normal delivery times are 4-6 weeks from receipt of the clients order form and deposit.

 

The contract for purchase of the spa is between Med & Mountain and the client.  The client being the named person or company on the contract.  The signatory must be either specifically the client or an authorised representative of the clients company.  Should the delivery address not be the clients registered business address or permanent residence then the client must also provide either their business address or permanent residence on the order form.

 

Note:  For businesses, a company registration stamp must also be added to the order form.

 

Once the clients deposit and order form has been received, Med & Mountain will gain a provisional date from the manufacturer regarding delivery lead times and propose this date to the client.  At this point the delivery date may be extended should the client prefer a later date.

 

However, once the delivery date has been agreed by all parties, this is the point that the clients order is scheduled into the manufacturers build programme and cannot be altered.

 

The full 50% payment balance will become due on the agreed delivery date.

 

Should it become apparent that project lead times are slipping and the client requires the spa delivery to be delayed beyond the agreed delivery date, Med & Mountain will arrange storage of the spa for a further two weeks beyond the originally agreed date at no extra charge.  However, after the two weeks extension the final 50% balance will become due and a storage charge of €100 per week will be levied.  

 

Med & Mountain spa prices include delivery and normal installations (*& **), TVA, full manufacturers warranty, 1 year labour warranty(**) a spa security cover and a chemical starter pack, plus full instructions on the use and maintenance of the spa and chemicals handling and storage.

 

*Should the client require additional services such as electricity supply, ground work preparation or crane deliveries, the contract and costs for this work will be between the client and the relevant business or artisan.  Med & Mountain will not be held responsible for any problems arising from work carried out by any artisans employed by the client.

Normal delivery and installation is carried out between Monday and Friday.  Weekend installations may be arranged in advance, however, a levy of €500 will be applied.
